Identify budget content by organization (LX, GP, NE, IT…) [meta-tagging]

Create the ability to identify budget content by performing organization (LX, GP, NE, IT…). This information can then be populated in Exports and Reports. This is needed in order to generate specific budget content for the supporting orgs that would include ONLY their respective budget.

Option 1: Assign the Levels on the Review Page to an org. The associated budget content in the corresponding Workspace (including all WBSs mapped to the Level) would be assigned to the org.

Option 2: Add orgs to Travel $, and WYE and WYE Labor $ sections then always plan all content in REEB against the performing organization. For example, if in a particular budget GSDO is paying for GP Travel $ then in the Workspace the Travel would be planned under “GP”. Note: May also need to allow for multiple sections to be added for Workforce, Labor and Travel similar to how ODCs are added
