Enhance the "you have another plan active" feature

If 1 plan is active and a link is opened to another plan a message appears that states that you have another plan active. The next step is to either "change plans" or go to the home page.

It would be more convenient if the "change plans" action selected the appropriate plan and directed the user directly to the link they are trying to view.
