Charts - Add row to data table for user input data

Have a row in the data table that the user could use to enter data, such as the marks. And have the ability to chart the data as a different chart type. In this case, I'd like the REEB data in a sand chart and the mark as a line, so you can see how they compare. Flexibility would be good.
